| Life in Asia evolves around food and in most Asian languages the reference to food or eating often takes on a dual meaning. To "eat rice" means "let's eat" in general and to "break a mans rice bowl" is to bring harm upon his family or business. I have worked with many of the best European and Asian chefs throughout the Orient, and they always try to combine the "taste good" with the "look good". As a photographer, I'm only concerned with the "look good" factor 'cause, my job is to make it look even better than it tastes. So feast thine eyes upon yon plate and Salivate! Salivate! Salivate!! |
